To Enhance one must perform, to Perform one must Repair. As we live our daily stresses, running around, we forget to pause and listen to our inner voice. We get burnt out, exhausted and sick.

Come join us as we share simple but effective tools from both traditional and modern science on Recovery, Performance and Enhancement through Yoga, conversations, pranayama and 5 + meditation techniques.

What to expect?

  • International Life Coach, Yoga Teacher, Posture and Alignment coach
  • Classical Ashtanga Hatha Yoga 90 minute classes
  • At least 5 different meditation techniques ranging from: Guided meditation, Pratyahara (Initial stages of Meditation), Third Eye, energy transference and sound (chanting)
  • Breath Pranayama: Energy control and energy movement through breath control
  • Conversations
  • Recordings of audio meditations uploaded on Youtube
  • Video recordings of sessions (on your own phone and setup)

My objective is to allow you to move through the waves of intensity to suit your state of being.
